First, let me start off by saying I have writing commitment issues, which means although I love to write and find true joy in it, I have an extremely hard time finding the time to do it. As well as a lack of focus, motivation, and sometimes inspiration. Now with that being say, I still attempt to dive head first into all sorts of writing challenges, exercises, and events, when ever I can.
So for Novemeber, which is also my birthday month (the 23rd, yes a shameless plug). I will be leaping into a number of things yet again.
So far I have seen:
- Writer’s Digest’s Editor Blogs: Poetic Asides, “November PAD Chapbook Challenge 2013
- National Novel Writing Month 30 Day Challenge
- 5th Annual Picture Book Idea Month – November 2013 Challenge
- BlogHer’s November’s NaBloPoMo challenge
The NaBloPoMo (national blog posting month) challenge can actually be done on any blog and also, I found this link to other November as well as other monthly challenges you can check out:
With that being said, I have decided that I will focus on The NaNoWriMo challenge, the PiBoidMo challenge, and the NaBloPoMo challenge. Now I am making no promises on making it the November 30th but I will give it the best go I possible can.
Besides that I just wanted to share the information with all the rest of the writers, poets, screenwriters, and lovers of the craft just in case you were interested and up for the challenge.
So we shall count this as DAY 1 of the NaBloPoMo challenge!
Keep Writing, Keep Reading, Keep Pushing
